Our hatchery is proud to offer French Black Copper Marans, which bring beautiful dark chocolate brown eggs to your flock. Not only are the eggs stunning, but are rumored to be the best tasting eggs available. The breed itself is just as impressive to look at, with striking black and copper feathers. We have been extremly selective in our breeding process to ensure our bloodline brings you the highest quality breed available, in addition to consistently achieving "8s and 9s" on the Maran Color Scale. We have sourced our breeding stock with connections to the French National Champion Egg Line and American Lines that always follow APA standards. Our program has created both the darkest eggs and genetics that support a healthy flock.  These birds are known for their friendly personalities and hardiness, making them a great addition to any backyard flock.  We only ship day old eggs to give you the best chance of hatching. One Dozen eggs will be shipped USPS 2-3 day to you. We suggest that you place your hatching eggs directly into your Hatcher.
